Compassionate Counseling & Community Support

We partner with adults living with a range of mental health conditions to build skills, restore daily routines, and strengthen independence. Counseling is at the heart of what we do — offering compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals coping with depression, anxiety, stress, addiction recovery, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our licensed clinicians tailor sessions to each person’s needs — through individual therapy, skills training, or community-based supports. ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) helps clients regain confidence, rebuild routines, and achieve successful community reintegration.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm · Location: Plymouth, MN

Compassionate Counseling

Supporting every step toward recovery and well-being.

Person-Centered Care

Every person’s journey is unique. Our team works closely with each individual to identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and build a customized plan that supports emotional wellness, independence, and quality of life. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively — empowering people to lead their own recovery process.

Community-Based Support

Healing doesn’t just happen in clinics — it happens where people live, work, and connect. Our services are delivered in familiar community settings, reducing barriers to care and encouraging engagement in real-life environments. We partner with local organizations, families, and employers to strengthen each person’s natural support network.

Evidence-Informed Practice

Our specialists draw from proven therapeutic models — including cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and skills-based approaches. We blend clinical insight with peer support, ensuring each service is both research-backed and deeply human. Continuous evaluation helps us adapt and refine care to achieve measurable, lasting results.
